Budaya lelet tidak hanya menghinggapi manusia saja, tetapi juga merambah ke internet. Jauh-jauh hari, Smart-Fren sudah berkampanye, anti lelet. Memang harus diakui, Smart-Fren cepat. Namun sekarang sudah mulai dikeluhkan, agak lemot. Ini merupakan tantangan bagi operator tersebut, untuk terus mempertahankan brand-image-nya, “anti leletâ€. Pengalaman penulis menggunakan internet dari Star-One (Indosat) secara harian, karena tertarik murahnya. Sehari, unlimited hanya Rp.2.500. Namun sayang lemot banget. Disamping itu putus-putus terus (buffering). Padahal produk Indosat yang lain, bagus-bagus dan cepat loh. Apa karena saya menggunakan tarif harian yang murah?
